Skatch Labs is coming out with a new cook book! The great thing about their previous Portables book is that there aren't that many ingredients in each recipe and most of them can be found at a normal grocery store.  Their recipes focus on taste as well as nutrition that helps you perform while out climbing or doing anything else.  This new book focuses on dinner and I can't wait to check it out.

Second Ascent of the 7th Circle

The long awaited 2nd ascent of Jason Kehl's the 7th Circle came yesterday Martin Mobraten took it down after only a few days of work.  A few days ago when we were working it I ripped part a crucial crimp off but Martin was still able to do the sequence with the smaller hold.
